After the Après — Top Dinner Spots in Jackson Hole

16 Feb 2025

Wondering where to head for dinner after a perfect wintry day? We've got you covered.

Winter 2025

It's peak ski season in Jackson Hole, and we all know that the perfect day on the slopes concludes at your favorite après spot. (If you need suggestions on that front, look no further than our roundup of local favorite watering holes!) But as the evening wears on, there's another decision to be made: what's the plan for dinner?

Whether you're looking for international flavors, a refined experience, or something quick and satisfying, there's something for everyone in Jackson Hole. Dig in and discover five of our favorite dinner spots this winter.

Teton Thai

A longtime local favorite with excellent, authentic Thai fare, handcrafted cocktails and in-house microbrew beer, Teton Thai offers global flair in a stylish, intimate setting. Whether your ski day brought you to Grand Targhee or the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, delectable Asian fare is just minutes away — there are restaurants in both Driggs, Idaho, and Teton Village. We're a big fan of their warming soups, curries and irresistible noodle dishes. If you're on the Teton Valley side, check out the brand new offering from the team located just down the hall from Teton Thai: Mama Su Chinese. This lively, cozy eatery showcases Chinese American dishes with plenty of character and spice! What better way to warm up after a snowy day of fun?

Nora's Fish Creek Inn

If you're coming off a day making Tram laps at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort or exploring the untouched powder of the backcountry off Teton Pass, there's no more convenient spot than Wilson's own Nora's Fish Creek Inn. And the convenience isn't even the best part; this James Beard Award-winning restaurant serves up truly scrumptious fare. (It's open for breakfast and lunch, too. There's never a bad time to visit Nora's.) This cozy, homestyle eatery is celebrated for elevated spins on American classics. Tuck into a juicy burger (beef or bison), devour Burrata ravioli or a perfectly-grilled steak — no wrong answers here.

Pinky G's Pizzeria

Maybe you took one too many laps and your legs just can't handle the thought of heading out to dinner. (That's ok, we've all been there.) If your couch is beckoning, but you're still hungry for a delicious dinner, call in your order to Pinky G's Pizzeria. With locations in both Victor, Idaho, and downtown Jackson Hole, it's a quick and easy way to end the day on a high note. A beloved local eatery that's been celebrated on the iconic Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, Pinky G's offers a lineup of pies that are both creative and cravable. Pick from one of their combinations or build your own pie — you'll have a freshly made pizza that caps off any memorable day in the mountains.

Westbank Grill

Boasting panoramic views that are almost as exceptional as the menu, Westbank Grill delivers a refined mountain steakhouse experience in the heart of Teton Village. Tucked into the stunning Four Seasons at Jackson Hole, the Westbank Grill is an ideal spot that doesn't demand the drive to downtown. (Though, if you are in town, Westbank Grill is absolutely worth the trip to Teton Village.) In addition to mouthwatering steaks cooked to perfection, the menu includes tantalizing seasonal compositions featuring exceptional seafood, a raw bar and more. It's luxurious dining personified, all within steps of some of the world's most celebrated ski slopes.

Snake River Grill

For over three decades, Snake River Grill has been a local favorite for fine dining. Located just steps from the iconic Town Square, this award-winning restaurant serves up both beloved classics as well as seasonally-rotating dishes that feature truly exceptional ingredients. We especially adore the signature Steak Tartare Pizza and Potato Pancake for starters; they're menu staples for good reason! Sophisticated and satisfying main dishes include Braised Duck Leg, Bone-in Wagyu Ribeye, and Pappardelle Bolognese with locally-sourced beef. Don't forget to leave room for dessert; the lineup of sweet treats is always worth exploring at Snake River Grill!
